Terms of Service

1. Parties
These terms govern the use of the QPI Open Book Portal provided by QPI Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş..
2. Accounts
Accounts are issued by the Provider to authorized corporate customers. The Customer is responsible for credential confidentiality.
3. Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to access other tenants' data.
4. Service Level
Service is provided as-is. Material changes will be notified in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event. No liability for indirect damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice; immediately on material breach.
7. Governing Law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
